Welcome to Aulone
At Aulone, our bucket teeth are manufactured from high-quality low-alloy steel, carefully designed to provide superior strength and wear resistance for demanding construction and excavation applications. The main chemical elements include C, Si, Mn, Cr, Al, and others. To further enhance wear resistance and extend service life, we recommend adding trace microelements such as Mo and Ni.
Here is the detailed chemical composition and mechanical properties of our AAETT® cast bucket teeth:

At Aulone, we specialize in precision investment casting for our AAETT® bucket teeth, ensuring exceptional durability, dimensional accuracy, and performance. Investment casting allows us to produce complex shapes with tight tolerances, making it ideal for high-stress applications in excavation and construction. Below is a detailed overview of our process:
The first step is creating wax patterns, which are precise replicas of the bucket teeth. High-quality wax patterns are essential, as they determine the final accuracy of the cast teeth. At Aulone, we carefully inspect each wax pattern to ensure defect-free production.
Wax patterns are then attached to a central wax rod, forming a structure called a “tree.” This allows multiple bucket teeth to be cast simultaneously, significantly improving production efficiency while maintaining uniform quality.
The wax tree is repeatedly dipped into a ceramic slurry and coated with fine sand to form a robust ceramic shell. Each layer is carefully dried and hardened, ensuring the mold can withstand the high temperatures of molten metal pouring. The result is a strong, heat-resistant mold that preserves the shape and surface detail of the bucket teeth.
After the shell is built, the wax patterns are removed through dewaxing in an autoclave. The wax melts and drains out, leaving a hollow ceramic mold in the exact shape of the bucket teeth.
High-quality alloy steel is melted and poured into the hollow ceramic molds. The metal rapidly cools and solidifies, forming durable bucket teeth with excellent wear resistance. After casting, the ceramic shell is carefully broken away, revealing the newly formed AAETT® bucket teeth.
Finally, the bucket teeth undergo heat treatment to achieve optimal hardness and mechanical properties. Surface finishing ensures smooth edges, precise dimensions, and readiness for installation. Aulone’s strict quality control guarantees that every piece meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.
This refined version emphasizes Aulone’s professionalism, the AAETT® brand, and the high-quality, wear-resistant properties of the bucket teeth, while keeping the process explanation clear and customer-friendly.
Our Services
Advanced Investment Casting Process: While there are alternative methods like pre-coated sand casting (see investment casting vs sand casting) that may reduce production costs, they often compromise quality. Poor surface finish, insufficient wear resistance, and short service life are common issues with these methods. These problems lead to frequent replacements, higher maintenance costs, and ultimately, lower cost-effectiveness. At Aulone, our AAETT® bucket teeth are produced using precision investment casting to ensure superior durability, consistent quality, and long-term performance.
Optimal Performance: By combining carefully engineered materials with advanced heat treatment, our AAETT® bucket teeth deliver maximum wear resistance and durability. Innovative tooth shapes maintain sharpness for faster bucket loading, while our lateral thickening design enhances wear life and overall strength, keeping your excavation work efficient and reliable.
Excellent Surface Finish: At Aulone, we focus not only on internal quality but also on appearance. Thanks to our extensive production experience, we continuously refine every step of our investment casting process, achieving smooth, defect-free surfaces and minimizing weld repairs. In addition, we apply premium painting in various colors, giving our bucket teeth a glossy, professional look with clear markings for easy identification.
Strategic Ningbo Location: Aulone is based in Hunan, China, a renowned hub for investment casting. This gives us access to mature casting technology, skilled labor, and efficient production lines for bucket teeth. Convenient port access also enables faster shipping and lower logistics costs, helping you save time and money.
